Prices are quoted based on current market indices and may fluctuate. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific delivery in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
